It make no heat. So no not a space heater or a fruit dehydrator. In fact it emits nothing.

We have winner but it's a little hard to decided who. Bill got what it is, a Smoke Remover but J.Mercer got the exact brand. Both answered within a half hour of each other.
I am going to give it to Bill. He was first and I did not ask for the brand, just what is it.

I wish!!! I consider myself to be a competent home cook, but I just don't have that much specialty equipment. Eric just photographed something for me. I'll have it up in a few minutes.
