I will try to remember what I said. I defined a kitchen tool as any implement made for and used in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food. So a special plate to serve some ethic food would be ok. But I excluded tools who's primary or designed purpose was not food related. Like a drill designed to make holes in wood and metal, but used to make holes in pumpkin would not be ok.
Then the question was asked about using a reverse image search. I said no. The fun here is to expand our knowledge. So a text search is ok, since that is expanding on what you already know or have figured out.
I think that covers it. Ask if you have any other questions. I do accept PM's and bribes.

Now my guess. The squares look like they are shaped like graham crakers. It is for making smores?

Yes. It is for making smores in the microwave.

(I would never have thought of making smores in the microwave - I use a campfire).

That was a wild guess based on chocolate and the shape. Well I am still at work so new picture will have to wait until I get home. Check back in about 2 hours.

Did someone say chickpea? Well it's not a masher but chickpea is on the right track.

Doughnut holder?

No not a doughnut holder but does have to do with something that is cooked in the same way a doughnut is.

Carlos says to think about chickpeas... think about things fried like donuts... think about pita contents...

Ok, since Carlos has pretty much given it away, it has to be either a tool used to form falafal patties, or perhaps a tool used to keep falafal patties submerged in oil while they fry.

I knew you would be the one to put all the clues together. Yes, it's a

Falafel Patty Maker

Take it away Angela.
