	This fundraiser is meant to reach out to all of you who have never donated cash directly to our Seti project. Yes, I know you all donate your computer time and the electricity to run it. That is a given. The point is..... With so many participants here, more than any other Boinc project, it could be supported monetarily better than any. By the users. Not by grants or millionaire benefactors. By us simple, dedicated users. You don't have to possess deep pockets for this, folks. 84 cents a month. That's a $10.00 donation once a year. And you get a green star next to your username for a year. That's one heck of a bargain....LOL. Do you have any idea what this project could achieve if just a modest percent of you folks would take a few moments and give up what each month.... A 1/3rd of a cuppa Starbucks? A quarter of a gallon of gas? 4 cigarettes? 1 beer? The response in Eric's 'We are thankful for' thread in News really and truly has amazed me with the wonderful responses from folks who had never posted before. Seems like a lot of trouble for 10 dollars (thats only about £7 in real money)! There are various loops we have to go through to donate to Seti. It's mainly because it is between two separate countries, and there isn't a universal money exchange mechanism. Once you have done it once, your bank will be happy in future. Anyone in the UK having difficulties giving money, pm me, there are ways it can be sorted out.

	Okay, glad to participate. However, I made it a bit more than $.84 a week rather than a month. Glad you're doing this. The Donations History page shows October and November running behind last year. That doesn't look good for getting Matt back full time if last year's annual drive didn't produce enough to get through the year. Just hope the fund drive picks up some speed soon. 	I run SETI and I donate. However, I think SETI SUCKS with all The Problems. I read All The Excuses. Seems Something ain't right, and it ain't Lack Of Money and Equipment.
