Hi,having trouble getting into the stats. On my profile it has "url" with nothing next to it? Could i have deleted it without knowing? would this cause me not to get stats on BOINC States etc?

Sorry im very confused?

Thanks in advance

The URL in your profile has nothing to do with getting stats exported. The URL in your profile is optional and allows people to know how to get to your web site (assuming you have one).

The stats export is one of the first things that is turned off when the Data Base is having trouble. Even if it is running, you have to have credit earned in a particular project before it appears at BOINC Stats. The stats are also only generated once a day when they are being generated, and the stats sites only look to see if there is a new version of the file a few times a day (once every 3 to 6 hours typically).

Thanks John, for the info on the URL. Regarding the stats i will wait for the Data base to get up and running again before having another atempt.
Just strange that on the world stats it always goes to your rank when opening the page but now it just goes straight to the first page?
I just feel i have unlinked my id number by mistake.

Have you changed your email address on the project recently?

When you change your email address, your external Cross Project ID changes. This means that the external web sites can lose track of the association between the various different projects. Some of the Stats sites allow you to set a number of past CPIDs to associate with your current CPID.
