Unfortunately, we can't recall them dancer. The feds don't allow for recall, only state and local. Maybe when we set that recall % it should be at say 25% to recall. After all if 1/4 can't stand them, then they aren't being middle of the road enough.


PERHAPS I USED THE WRONG WORDS WE CAN IMPEACH THEM

Only the House of Representatives has the power of impeachment, so no we can't impeach them. Also left unanswered is if they are even impeachable. The Constitution defines impeachment at the federal level and limits impeachment to "The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States" who may be impeached and removed only for "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors". The House of Representatives did impeach a senator once: Senator William Blount, in 1798. The Senate expelled Senator Blount and, after initially hearing his impeachment, dismissed the charges for lack of jurisdiction.
