Yeah, but too late for that at this point in time.

I love her more than my own life, but cannot realize that at times.
Which only results in more consternation from her.

I cannot blame her.

So on your next vacation from work, treat her & don't worry about Seti, it'll still be here on your return.

you owe her that at least.

I will attempt remends tomorrow.

What makes my f'ing up all the more difficult is the fact that Jason, her only son..........
Well, she is picking him up from rehab tomorrow.

I feel so faciecious, having helped her haul about 2,000 beer cans our of his room. No lie.

And they stank like death. I had to puke once dumping them into the sink.

Know what you're feeling there...once had a delivery & it was a case of wiping our feet on the way out - didn't want the lorry infected.

How we both didn't gag is unknown.

Fact of the matter right now is this.......
They have miles and miles of files.
Pretty files to suit.
And now, to suit our GREAT computer, you are simply magnetic ink.

You know the repsonse......but it shall be too weak a defense from here on out.

There once was a time when I could mop the floor with the best of your quips.
The time was long ago and far away.
I could sing you every single lyric of any given Gilbert and Sullivan song.
And carry it off quite brightly.
These days, I am hardly the very model of that faded Major General.

Time is a hard master, and one which cannot be defeated.

Memories, however, do have a way of lingering and honoring our past.
My hypotenuse is still doing rather fine, folks.

And I do myself rather well in honoring the song's intent.
Although no expert in any one subject, I can carry off a bit of discourse in almost anything brought to the table.
You may have noticed that, in my occasional more lucid moments.

And then, a dude by the name of Tom Lehrer gets off this bit.......
The Elemental Song.....
And, Radcliffe attempts it......LOL. Rather cheeky.....and rather well.

Tom does Sweden......
This is sooooooooo dated.
How he pulled this off is way beyond me.

I can tell you this.......there is a reason you don't see him anymore.

His wit was a singular thing.
Not all could work it his way.

Just take a bit of gall when you go.
It has always served me well.
Your illusions are about to be tossed.

I guess some topics travel away from home better than others.
My sense of humour, for example.
And Tom's......
I used to get away with jokes about the south.
Now you point fingers at me anytime I make a hint of a joke about folks of a distinctly pigmented skin coloring which differs from mine.

You just can't take a freakin' joke anymore.
And that irritates the hell outta me.

It really does.
And should.

You, (some of you, not all) seem to have your standards raised above mine.
Like, you are better mannered than myself.
I got news for ya. You are NOT.

I am no better than you. I just have a little different way of looking at the world than you do.
Like one eye tossing the other a trick........sometimes they get crossed.

You may not think like I do, or appreciate my jokes......
I can handle that. I would not be myself if I could not accept a few critics.
You, however, must also accept that I am not who you want me to be all the time.
And never shall be.
That's the trade off.
I accept your dissing, you accept my diatribes.

Once that is clear, we can agree to disagree.

Only me.......
You are smoking, dude.

I'll get back to you some day.
I will.

Until then, and I was modded for this, because they didn't know it was a quote from a movie.........

Between now and then, I'm gonna F y'all up a bit.
That was considered a threat???
Now I get to ROTFLMAO........

Drive Angry......you missed that?
Amber wears one heck of a pair of shorts.
Angry, with attitude. That would be me. Oh yea.

And what's he gonna do, not let me back in?
Such a shame the Charger died.
If memory serves......I did pick the Chevelle last time out.
I would have taken the 440 magnum though.

The opening scene sports a '69 Buick boat tail Riv.
Something I had once.
455 Buick motors were something to be considered back in the day.
Not quite the things of Chevy legends........
They worked from the bottom up.

But, damn, they had torque. Bottom up, best in the business.
I pulled a few of them down....rod bearings never failed.
Remarkable. No sign of scoring, even after doing over 5000 rpm. And that's stretching a big block rather high.

Pull from the stop sign.......you could not beat them.
Ever. I did a few runs with Corvettes.......and beat them in a 455 Electra.
A '69......just before they made them fatter.
I had a '70 and a '75 too.

Buick, sadly, did not keep the 455 alive after about '70. It died, and then the best thing was the 401 Olds engine. And that was a grand old motor too.
But nothing like the 455 Buick.
The thing about the Olds was that they ran FOREVER........
That Electra of mine clocked over 150k before it wore out.
I think the odometer wore out before the motor did.

LOL.
Well over a few thousand pounds over their weight.
It didn't hurt that I was running juice in that 455, but they didn't know that at the time. Had to run really fat tires in the back too, just to take the torque to the ground.

Yeah, I was a motor man back in the day.
I knew my way around my nuts.

Do YOU know how to boost the oil pressure in a 455 Buick?
I do.
Do you know anything about a straight six Pontiac motor?
Belt driven camshaft.

I changed one in the driveway.
Not really hard, as the whole camshaft and cover come off in your hand.''

What some of you do not know about me may be more significant than what you think you know.

I have closets. Many, many closets.
Which must remain forever closed.
Forever.
They are my secrets. Carefully kept away.
Now, if you can accept that, we can continue to be friends.
If not, we can fight forever.

I don't wish that.
Neither do you, I hope..

There is sooooooooo much I cannot speak.

Your imagination shall have to do at this point.

I only ask your friendship.;

Nothing else matters much.

And if you can drum like this, well, K.

Yeah.
