Most folks here in the US have to set their clocks back one hour today.
I almost forgot it.

I have 2 watches, a Tissot Touch with barometer and altimeter on winter time and a aluminium Swatch for the summer. So I don't have to reset them. Once I went swimming with the Touch and sea water entered it. It was repaired in Switzerland at no cost, although the warranty had expired. Since then I only used it while skiing.

my clock is radio controlled from the national time signal.

I have 3 that are also...
An old Heathkit GC1000 and a wall clock that use the radio time signals.
And a Nixiechron nixie tube clock that uses GPS signals.

A bunch of others that are on manual control.

I thought that would happen on February 30th...

...me too. Some bright spark thought about moving it to February 31st until
someone realised that the Romans actually abolished this date so it doesn't
come round any more.

what I dont get is that we now have daylight savings for more than 6 months of the year. That seems to defeat the purpose. If that one hour is such a bother then adjust your working hours. Myself, I'd just as soon lose DST altogether

If Scotland gains independence then it will be dropped throughout the rest of
the UK....it's only the Scott's who insist on keeping it going across the pond here.
