25,000+ of them.

And the crickets aren't maxed out. How 'bout that!

Can't download any: "Project has no tasks available". 27,000 shown ready to send and yet "Project has no tasks available". What?

Maybe your computer's not asking for APs.

I'm not asking for anything but AP's at the moment.

Nothing's getting validated either - I've four tasks uploaded, all waiting for validation.

They are not being sent out. AP starting being split yesterday but have been in an accumulation mode.

...but have been in an accumulation mode.

Which exactly tells me... what? I am in an "accumulation mode" too but not able to accumulate anything AP-wise...

I think accumulation mode refers to the server is accumulating them but not sending them out just yet.

The Server Status page takes a snapshot of all the servers' statuses every 10 or 20 minutes. If it happens to catch the upload (or any, but it happens a lot to the upload) server in a down moment, it will display that until the next snapshot is taken. Probably, though, it was only down for a few seconds. Usually nothing to worry about. If it continues to show as down through at least three consecutive updates AND you're totally unable to upload anything,
then it's something to worry about.

Just out of curiosity, what is the purpose of accumulation and how long does it normally last?

The "Results out in the field" continues to drop, and the "Result creation rate" has consistently shown zero despite the "Results ready to send" increasing.
Something certainly doesn't seem right.

then it's something to worry about.

Now can I worry ;-).

I've gotten two so far. Unlike before when I would get them flowing in at 20-30KB/sec, they're steaming along at about 2.3KB/sec.

edit: And of course, they would happen to be a bunch of B3_P1's that are 100% blanked.. so an hour of downloading for less than a second of finding out it was a waste. Yay!

Got an Astropulse V6 today on my main Linux box. It is running high priority together with an Albert@home task searching for gamma-ray pulsars. But I have also 2 Virtual Machines running outside BOINC, a Solaris Virtual Machine running SETI@home by Dotsch and a BOINC_VM Virtual Machine by Test4Theory@home, which should run under BOINC rules and does not stop when it should, which is causing some protest. But it is OK with me, as long as the SUN WS does not crash under the load.

This person is getting them all. ;-)

So far abandoned 8, with another 6 being downloaded or already on their system.
But seeing how they posted that the max speed was 2.5KB/sec 6 hours ago, they may only have just gotten there. ((48 x 1024) / 2.5 / 3600 = ~5.5 hours) ;-)

One of these large APs showed up on my old Dell with an ATI 9600 AIW card. It's claiming an estimated 63 hours work time, I don't think it's going to work. I still have about a day before it's supposed to start. Is there anyway I can move the AP to my MacPro, which got 3 APs, or maybe my Dual E5200 box with an AMD 4670? For some reason the AMD 4670 never gets any APs assigned to it even though it has a slot for one.

No way to move it to another of your hosts without upsetting things back in the server closet.

The initial guestimate time will probably be a long way over the top, so be patient.
