Surimi is a product made from Alaska pollock that resembles crab in texture, appearance and flavor and is a lot cheaper.

Oh I like cracking crab, might take 30 minutes but boy it's good. My friend makes a seafood salad with two of them that is to die for. Throw out the weight watchers for the night.

ah here it is called "mock crab". And honestly by some restraunts just refered to as "crab" unless you ask.

I cannot eat any type of shellfish as it brings me out in Hives. That is large red and purple blotches at all my joints. I inherited the condition from my mother.

Come on Julie come up with some India food. I love Mexican FOOD BIG TIME but I'm game for something different. some of this food I can't even spell and don't want to feel like fool.
