I found a nice 6.5' tree w/led lighting for $59.00, it's artificial too, I'm not sure what Grace would think of it, She has never had a tree, but I'd be able to get out My old ornaments... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I switched all my lights to LED about 6 years ago. Except the rope lighting. I still have about 600' for non led rope light that I use to make a 35' tall tree. Basically a 35' tall pole with the lights spread around and a computerized controller that plays various songs coordinated with the lights. Winning with LED's |

I just noticed the tree is out of stock online, drat, maybe by Nov 30th/Dec 1st it will be back online. By then I should know if I can order the tree or not. Winning on a sunny Sunday morning. Fog burned off already, but cold kitties still snuggled together on the back porch. Just back from breakfast, soon off to work Bingo. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

I always put my decoration up after Saint Nicholas (Dec 6). I'm looking at a tree with LED lights, I think once I tell Grace NO, She should behave Herself, I hope. 7.5 ft. Pre-Lit LED Royal Douglas Fir Christmas Tree with Dual Lights (White and Multi-Colored)... It won't cost Me more than $63.72, if it's in stock and if I have enough extra on December 1st(eggs, taxes & car battery come first), it can even be shipped here for Free, which would help Me a lot.
