	I am hoping someone can help resolve an issue I am having with BOIC and connect to SETI@Home. I have downloaded both the newest and previous release of the OS X (Intel) build of BOIC. As instructed, I click "use account manager," then type in "http://setiathome.berkeley.edu" into the Account Manager URL field. Once it communicated with the server and brings me to the identify your account screen, I fill in my account information (which I know exists as I can log in on the SETI website), and then hit next. It communicates with the server and fails every time, giving me a screen that says an error has occurred and I should check the event log. On the newest version of BOIC it tells me there is a permanent HTTP error. On the previous BOIC release, it tells me file not found. I've been trying this for a couple days now and have the same results. Can anyone offer a solution? Thanks, Jenn

An account manager is a 3rd party website through which you can set up your BOINC, attach to multiple projects at the same time and in the case of Grid Republic also download a BOINC version with everything you set up pre-installed. If you do not have an account manager account such as BAM!, Grid Republic or Extremadura@home, then you should not use the "use account manager" option, but instead use "Attach to project", then fill in the URL in the next window, orf choose Seti from the list. ____________ Jord - BOINC FAQ Service - BOINC User Wiki Real is just a matter of perception.

	Thanks! Now that I'm looking, I'm not sure where I even got that from! However, SETI@Home is happily ticking away in the background now. :) Duhh moment.
