Found it.

Pizzelle Iron, Vintage Vitantonio No. 4
"A great vintage item to have that will still serve you well. Heavy Pizzelle iron to make the round anise cookies on the stove top or camp fire that we all know and love. Each cookie will have a different design on each side and will be 5". The iron itself measures 161/2" including the wooden handles. Comes with the original box and little recipe booklet so you can start making them right away. It was used only slightly. It was handed down to me from
my Grandmother."

OK, with the added descriptor, we have a winner. There are several different recipies for the pinch cookies that you can make with it.
