Siphon

No, and I can as a clue (or at least to exclude something), say that despite the hose, it doesn't have anything to do with liquids of any kind.

Look at the RAC folks, and ask yourselves why it beats so many multi GPU monster computers :-)

No, not a vacuum pump. I'll let the guessing continue for awhile, before I add a clue.

Battery powered toker

May I remind you that English/American is not my first language. What is a toker?

Edit: OK, I saw your edit. It is a smoke infuser yes, but for what usage?

Edit2: Infuse smoke yes, but not for tobacco or something similar (drug), it is after all a kitchen thing.

Meat in general, and also veggies.

Smoking Gun

Use some hardwood sawdust in the pipe of this smoking gun, light it up and smoke your meat, vegetables and any other food you wish to smoke.

Thanks, now that was a bit of a shot in the dark. I wasn't sure this time, but it looked like the cake server.

1 AM here now, and I really must wait to post something until tomorrow.

Now then, this might be too easy, but I really do not have time to find something really hard, so here we go.

What's this gadget called, and/or, what is its purpose?
