That would mean that there are standards. Standards prevent Chicago style politics. Chicago style politics is how local officials hang on to their jobs. Look at Bell California. No way will standards be allowed. Too much cash at stake.

enticed someone with a Sesame Street fixation
He attracked a young boy
with his hand and Elmo toy
and will soon be in a jail relation

Public funds support Sesame Street.
Most people think that's pretty neat.
With a known pedophile
they make kids smile
and the public thinks it's pretty sweet!
