There's only one brand of whiskey I know of that gives me a headache and that's Four Roses Bourbon. Haven't tried them all though;)

Here you go, John...;)

Good stuff, that. El Monterey, local company, started in Tulare, California. now based in Dinuba. Found in the frozen foods section of fine grocers everywhere. I prefer their burritos....... washed down with Negro Modelo or Pacifico beer.

Here are the tamales I grew up with and still like...

Like the label says they are XLNT, You won't be disappointed...

I still like these, I've heated them up in the microwave or on the stove, although not recently.

Well these are the best I've had, they might even clear Your sinuses out, the calorie and such on these Beef Tamales is here and a lot of people in Southern California like these and say their the best, plus they haven't changed the recipe in at least 40 years... Plus there are 3 recipes for how to use them as an ingredient in a tamale pie too.

Radio National is currently broadcasting a program on Citizen Science and Seti@Home has been mentioned. A long time cruncher phoned in and gave Seti a plug. (Gooday Paul).

John doesn't need much encouraging - just the thought of Julie, or a single malt and he's quite happy

Feeling a bit tight in the spending wallet ATM, as a few bills are coming our way. So, instead of a single malt it will have to be a blend, with a 60% single malt base. I see that Sainsbury's are selling 70cl of Grant @ £10.00. So, I may get a couple of bottles tomorrow, when I refuel (that will set me back between £90 and £100 for the 66litres to 68litres I will take).

Been busy driving as 3 of my baby furballs need a bach and stripping today.

Just got back with the 2 boys - William and Bobby - and don't they look smart. The littlist one - Corrie - is currently being sorted. We will pick her up about 03.30pm.

Excellent despite the rain and the cold ...
