Over here we have a lot of charging stations for electric cars already. They're a real hype these days.

But the charging time is the real hangup if your traveling.

Might be easier to Mom or Dad why you were late off a date? Ran out of power? :)

Well, I'm still brewing Cider, Irish Stout, Pale Ale, Bitter, and Lager here, plus I have some Damson Wine on the go in the kitchen.

Since our Public Bar was removed at the Gun Club, I've been supplying them at cost in 500ml bottles, we have Pistol Irish Stout, Prone Pale Ale, Full Bore Bitter, Three P Lager, and Bendy Wendy Still Cider available, all properly labelled by Yours Truly, and guess what, no complaints about the beer at 75p a bottle either.

Wish you were further South I'd drop in .......

Well I don't think you'd have a problem dropping in, the Gun Club and Indoor Range is at a Telephone Exchange operated by BT.

Wow that's a lot of different kinds of beer. I know of one place in San Francisco
that has 40 kinds of beer on draft.

Funnily enough I'm not a Lager drinker and when I brewed some I didn't like it, but it tasted the same as any other Lager I've ever tasted. The Lager drinkers at the Club love it, in fact, because Lager takes 3 months to brew they've drunk that particular beer dry, there will be no more ready until February.

I'm sure they will get used to the Pale Ale while they wait.

The Delirium Cafe in Brussels sells over 2400 beers. You can't try them all on one evening, I presume;)

Well, best not get off topic shall we...

Back to the Home Brew, just bought 600 beer bottle labels because I have to restock the Gun Club, and tonight I sampled my Damson Wine to see how it's coming along...

Strong as!!! But still too sweet, it almost tastes like a sweet port, but I don't like sweet so I'm going to have to let it ferment a while longer, luckily I used a high alcohol resistant yeast, so fingers crossed, although I may need to strain the mix and add more Yeast nutrient and maybe a dab more yeast I think. BTW the Gun Club isn't getting this stuff, its for Christmas Dinner, and the rest of the Holiday, so I reckon the wife will be happy.

I've also ordered a lager kit, and a few flavourings, to make a European lager, I really don't like the stuff (can't stand the stuff, its gassy and lacks flavour to me), but it tastes like your Becks or Grolsch, and people seem to want it. Yuck.

I remember asking him to brew something to take Stateside. Little to late now I guess.

Damson (wine) takes between 2 and 6 weeks to brew, and at least a year to mature - you can drink it before then, but it tastes a little rough when freshly fermented.

So let it sit right?

Sorry in being slow to respond but these new med's are kicking my butt. If this keeps up much longer I might consider Beer and Johnny Walker over using Med's. :o

Here is one, years ago in upstate NY we had a beer called Genesee Cream ale. I bought 6- 12 packs out here in CA. Oh man I was in hog heaven. Can't get them to send me another (not a dealer) and the store won't get anymore. The lady told me she had a women call from Alaska and she would even buy a truck load? Nope! Well Alaska is a tough state anyway.
