Hi all,

I have been beta testing my new "All-In-One" account with a few volunteers for the last week or so at http://boinc.mundayweb.com/one.

The all-in-one account allows you to manage all of your BOINC graphics in one place and also gives you the opportunity to have a graphic showing all your stats from the various projects to which you belong.

You no longer need multiple usernames and passwords for my sites - just one!

I have now opened up a limited number of accounts to the public.

The site has an RSS feed to keep users up-to-date with developments, as does do my other BOINC mini-sites.

Further features have yet to be added to the site.

Please feel free to e-mail me any comments/suggestions for the new service.

Best regards,

Neil Munday.

Neil,

Sorry, at the moment I don't have access to my e-mail, so ...

:)

Your integrated signature as shown in your post and in "Link's" are nice, but ...

It would look so much nicer if it were right justified, aligned, and displayed with commas ...

See "Thor Prime's" secpond signature for a partial look at the way it should be ... :)

The signature there is aligned by accident, but you can see how much nicer it looks and how much easier it is to read (well, the background stinks ...).

Hi Neil,

I would have a little suggestion: IMO the counterpics would look better if the small piece between the 2 rectangles would be transparent, like it is at my counter:

But it's only my opinion and I don't know what others think about it. ^^

Anyway, very nice job!!

Re: Paul,

Thanks for your comments - I agree that lining up the stats would be a good idea. I'll work on it.

Re: Petrus,

Users have the option of having a transparent background or not via an optional argument in their stats URL. Therefore, if they choose not to have a background, like so:

you get a similar effect to yours, but of course this is not the best example given the colour scheme!

Users can also choose not to have a border as well.

Good job with your stats graphics by the way ;-)

Hello, Neal. Will you have a separate team graphic or would you combine them into one graphic? If you take out the word "Rank", you might be able to screeze in 2 more columns of data. Something like 1) Project Title 2) User Credit/Rank 3) Team Credit/Rank.

Thanks for your efforts, Neil. I/we appreciate them.
Now, let's see ... it looks good on your site, but it's not showing up with the right color scheme that I chose. Will try again. Hmmmm ??

Thanks! :)

I also need to remember to add your site to my HTML lesson (and probably to the FAQ for how to signature) ...

Hi Dan,

As is says in the "Your Graphics" section of the site, simply add "&trans=off" to your graphic's URL to turn transparency off.

E.g. http://boinc.mundayweb.com/one/stats.php?userID=29&trans=off

Hi Paul,

That would be great!

Basic help exists on each page on the site, and context sensitive help is planned at a later date, but as with all software development, it'll be done once all the functionality has been completed ;-)

Thanks, Neil. Comes from reading too fast and assuming what it says instead of actually reading and understanding it. I thought it said the opposite.
Sigh.

Well, I leave tomorrow on my way west and home, so I hope to be there next week.

@Neil Munday:
Very nice work, I'm using your signatures on phpBB forums, like this one, boincstats doesn't work there, they work here. Thank for nice signatures.

I have a stupid question. Please don't laugh.

How do I sign up for an all-in-one account for my signature? When I click register, the six projects show up for registration, but there is no option for the all-in-one account.

Thanks.

You add them through the Your Products option.

The catch is, you need to know your Account ID per project.
Yet that's easily explained, go to http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/home.php
Scroll down untilk you see Account number (Used in URLs)

That is your Account ID.

Or fill in part of your name as per project. Make sure you have a radio button checked. It'll look up your name then.
