it's about time that all these muppets regardless of what side of the pond they reside in, be scooped up & put on the battlefield & let them resolve their political differences there, if they can.

I hadn't seen this reported much though I was aware of it. It did get coverage on MSNBC -- no surprise there.

I've seen it reported on a batch of Facebook blogs as well.

I guess it was filtered out by the 'lame stream' media.

Guy, given the fact that the returning vets have an employment rate lower than the national average I suspect they have greater problems to overcome than the population at large. Now, what should be done about it, ignore the disparity or do something about it?

Well the VA needs smart budgeting and management as much as they need more funding - I'll grant you that. In Arizona, the backlog for veterans making disability claims is ONE YEAR! They run apparently on a pure paper (no computers) system here in Arizona.
