Well I can no longer keep my peace. I was willing to risk having a heart attack from laughter every time one of the GOP clowns has proved time and again just how dumb they think the voters of that country are. Mrs. Condoleezza Rye drove me over the line last night with her declaration that she would depend on Canadian and Mexican oil reserves for the future.
I made my yearly pilgrimage over to the town political guru, Old Kuzak for help. Now Old Kuzak draws his political credentials from the fact that he is a personal friend, and distant relative of Canada’s most famous political thinker, Senator Nester Pister.
After a hardy hand shake, and the refusal of hard hit of Old Kuzak’s homemade Vodka, I leaned across the kitchen table and asked him: “Old friend, what is going on across the line in the republic?” What happened next made me think my old friend was back on his meds. First he got up and drew all curtains on his windows, and then he went outside to check around the pirogue plants and the kubasa trees to make sure that we were alone in the house.
He cupped his left hand to his mouth and whispered, “Paul Ryan is the Anti-Christ.” He reviled to me in the strictest confidence that the plan all along was to elect a Non-Holy Roller to the white house, and then move that man out of the way so true believers will rule the US. Then in the second term the cabal will move to take over the world. Old Kuzak warned me to keep my head down and only discuss this topic with my closest friends. When I asked him if I should warn my friends in the Seti at home forms, he tilted his head to one side and said:”Who?” So I guess it is safe enough to post this here.
Finally I very much hope no one will be offended by this revelatory post. My only concern in these troubled times is to look after the welfare of my dear friends.

That is bizarre, if that were to occur I hope to live long enough to see it. There would be much to observe.

Crude oil comes in many types and therefore it is quite possible that the Canadian crude is not necessarily suitable for consumption in that country. Also why different crudes command different prices.

Brent Crude, which is described as light and sweet, is exported from the UK to the USA and the UK imports crude from other sources for domestic consumption.

But this is very conflicting

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but the oil we send to the USA is the special oil, not the good stuff we save for ourselves, and our preferred customers. This all means that we must buy oil from other countries until we can up our production of the good stuff.

Yes looks like there are tons of cost benefit politics going on between the buyers and sellers.
