Lucky escape.

I went to use my butane torch the other day and the gas can was empty, so I fitted it to a full can of gas and lit it up. I didn't notice that it wasn't sealed properly on the can. The leaking gas caught fire and the whole thing started to burn. I couldn't blow out the flame so I threw it in the grass outside the shed. I was hoping it wouldn't explode as I got a bucket of water and doused the fire. The plastic base that connects to the gas cans seems to have lost its grip on the can allowing it to leak. Before that it worked really well. Even though it was only $11 on Ebay I dont think I will be buying another one.

EDIT Just noticed that the web cam on my puter takes mirrored images. the name on the torch is "RYDER".
