Why when in the United Kingdom when our accounts are created we do not have the opportunity to select between England Scotland Ireland or Wales. I believe that there are a lot of people out there who are tired of being associated with the big conglomerate, but who would rather like to have their own country identity assigned to their Profile. I certainly would.

"You can please some of the people some of the time but not everyone all of the time", comes to mind. I understand that with the breakup of certain countries and the formation of new it can be difficult. All that it would take as in any other program would be a drop down selection box. Surely this is a simple task. It would only take someone with a little responsibility to sit down and define the country spellings. As someone who would like to have their individuality recognized, the United Kingdom for instance, the spellings are clear cut England, Scotland, N.Ireland, Wales, these haven't changed as far as I know and set in stone.

I appreciate your comments about how it used to be, maybe "hopefully" it could be reintroduced

Kind regards

What they did was piggy back off of an official list someplace IIRC.
