I have several astropulse tasks in my queue that are not being processed by my GPU. I believe this is because I have an ATI GPU and the astropulse tasks aren't labeled either:

When tasks are downloaded, they are requested for a specific resource that BOINC needs to fulfill with crunching. So yes, if your AstroPulse workunits were not downloaded for your GPU, then they won't be crunched on your GPU.

You get credit for the processing done. The credit for the shorter MB tasks will in total approximately match the credit for the longer AP task.

Thanks for the replies. So just to confirm, there is nothing I can do to get my GPU to process those AP tasks? It's controlled on the server side what AP tasks should be processed by a GPU?

No, it's not controlled server side. When your local BOINC client sees that one of your resources (GPU, CPU) needs more work, it will specifically request work for that resource when it contacts the server. Once it is downloaded to your machine and scheduled to run on that specific resource, it shouldn't be moved to a different resource or you can screw up BOINC's internal scheduling system.
