I'm a n00b. Can we access the radio signal data ourselves to do our own analysis?

We download the radio signals in 108 second snippets. What kind of analysis do you want to do?

Hello,
Thank you for replying. I am just starting in this field so I would like:

1. Documentation on the data file including descriptions of variables and the physical process by which they are collected

2. Current methods being used for signal detection

I would like to be able to analyze a sample of the data myself.

Do you know how I can download or query the data and any foundational papers that will fill me in on the history of this signal analysis and the current methods being used?

Thank you and sorry about the tardy response.
John
