So are you annoyed? I admit it, I did try to go out of my way to find facts that would annoy people. Quite the opposite, I love learning stuff, thanks for posting Angela. One question though, is that the ENTIRE universe, the OBSERVABLE universe OR the unobservable bit? Ahhh... so this is were you guys have been hiding! I was all alone over at the Seti blog posts:) OK, so I hit the Huffington link and read the comments... Now I'm totally confused about Eric's take on the whole "extinction" thing:) But really, I'm dying to know: why is the earthworm on that list? |

Ahhh... so this is were you guys have been hiding! I was all alone over at the Seti blog posts:) The earthworm is on the list to highlight the human fetal heartbeat fact. Whether or not something has a discernible heartbeat at any age is besides the point in the philosophical argument regarding whether human life "begins" at conception or at some point later in development. |
