hola que tal yo solo soy un español que contribulle al programa seti aunque me gustaria participar mas integramente en el progrma desde mi casa no solo recibiendo y enviando archivos de rastreo . un saludo a todo el equipo y los que hacen posible la busqueda de nuestros origenes y posiblemente de otra civilizacion avanzada como la nuestra o quien sabe..... :

Hola!Aquí no te va a leer ni el "Pupas"!!! si acaso, el jefe, que es el que más publica aquí.....Para mensajes de saludos y demás chascarrillos tenemos el bar o café con diferentes temas, eso sí, en inglés.

The server-side fix was put in place August 17, 21 days ago. Since AP tasks have 25 day deadlines it is possible though unlikely there's some host out there that has not yet started on some of the affected tasks.

I have received several WU in the past weeks, but they never start in Boinc,

only time I can see them, is when I log into SETI and look at my results ( in progress tasks ) ther ewill be tasks waitting there. but Boinc does not run them

I did update Boinc last night with newest version, and cancelled current tasks and updated, but nada

other applications ( ie Einstein ) do work with Boinc

I keep losing Boinc,work units and all, for me the workaround is A. Uninstall BOINC.
B. reinstall BOINC and start it anew.

Then all my missing Seti work units are back and running. This has worked 3 or 4 times.

I'm still getting Nivida work and they stiil end in error. I just set the preferances to no gpu work until this is worked out. I hope that works, Im tired of wasting kilowatt hours for nothing.

Your GPU's problems are nothing to do with this thread, you're not running an older Boinc client, and you're running annoymous platform which wasn't affected.

Have you tried rebooting to free up some GPU memory?, trying to run Seti on a 256Mb Nvidia GPU is always going to be marginal, disabling some Aero effects might free up some GPU memory,
