When you go to "Questions and Problems" and want to sort by "most frequently asked first", the questions are not sorted in that way.
Is it possible to fix this on the server?

It is, except that it really means "most frequently asked, decayed over time".
It a combination of most recent and most frequent.

Nobody could come up with a name for that....
