i've been noticing this problem for a couple of months now, and i need help... when i check in BOINC mgr TASKS, my projects will show up as 'suspended - cpu is busy'. withing a few moments it usually will switch to 'running', but invariably it will return to 'suspended' again. i am running (or trying to run) seti, climate, einstein, LHC, milky way, and rosetta. however, never are more than 3 running at a time, and sometimes only 2. i used to see ALL of them running at once. what can i do (if anything) to improve my projects' performance? thanks! lenette Intelligence is not necessarily an evolutionary advantage |

Go to your main account screen. Click on "computing preferences'. make sure your settings are as follow: Suspend work when non-BOINC CPU usage is above 0 means no restriction Enforced by version 6.10.30+ --- % |
