Anyone know of any Radio Frequencies that are active for space missions of any kind. When I'm out here in my shop working with SETI, I listen for ISS chatter when I know thier close. I haven't heard anything yet, but then again my scanner only scans 200 channels a minute.Currently scanning 039.980-040.020 MHz- Space Research.

Nice :-)> Will be interesting if you can pick anything up, T'. I suspect you might need a dish to capture a usable signal. ____________ The Kite Fliers -------------------- Kite fliers: An imaginary club of solo members, those who don't yet belong to a formal team so "fly their own kites" - as the saying goes.

Nasa has a few active frequencies out there where you can get transmissions from the international space station and what-not.

yes,I have always had fun with it. I still do. I really want to get into Ham radio. Thats a dream. Its on my bucket list though. I'm slowing turning my garage into a comms station/lab. Don't work on mechanical stuff to much anymore, due to the dissabilties, but still manage to service all the vehicles and equipment.
