I haven't gotten that star yet. I did get my confirmation e-mail saying the donation was received. It hasn't shown up yet on my account page that shows the last time I donated and how much the donation was. If I have the confirmation e-mail and it was sent to the addy I use for my S@H account, I can only assume that there is just a delay. If by Monday the situation remains the same, then I might have to raise an eyebrow and figure out where my donation disappeared to, hehe.

It is time to polish up your Green Stars Setizens - and join Seti@Home's -
"2012 Marathon Pledge Drive" .

As many of you may have read, Seti@Home is in the midst of a financial crunch at the moment. Read Post

The people who keep Seti@Home up and running are necessary to the project, are dedicated to the mission
and it is certain that we do not want to see any one of them sacrificed because of budget constraints.

In view of this recent development, it is time for us to help the best we can - with a Donation Drive.
The GPU Users Group did a fantastic job so far, but we must not forget that they also need money to keep everything operating.

And so, to honor the 2012 Olympics as well as to show our pride in S@H,
we invite everyone to make a donation to Seti@Home.
Whatever you can afford, large or small, is welcomed.

Let's show our loyalty to our respective country, it's teams and S@H, and make a contribution to the -
"2012 Marathon Pledge Drive" .

This pledge drive will remain open for the duration of the London Olympics,
beginning now through Sunday, August 12, 2012.

In keeping with the Olympic model, we will maintain a tote board which will reflect the number of donations from each country.
