Yes,
Leg are liked whatever the species,
Ribs depend on how the animal has been feeding.
Brest can be very varible depending on genral health and `other` points of interest,
Shoulder can be plentyfull, some specimens do work to make themselfs good,
Other parts can be used to make a local thing called `Haggis` we have an adaptation of this.
