Shame that our "modern" broadcasters only seem to go for "sensationalism". Gary, an example fiduciary duty to the share holders? "Standard Chartered, motivated by the millions of dollars it reaped in fees, schemed with the Iranian government to launder $250 billion, New York's banking regulator said." Money at any cost? ____________

Gary, 2 points, one severe criminal and civil penalties should be assessed and two the law concerning the fiduciary duty to the share holders needs to be changed. Currently short term gain takes precedence over national precedence, humane behavior, and even long term profitability. The mantra is get as much as you can right now and F--- tomorrow.

Finally someone else gets it. You have put your finger on the problem and it does need to change. We the people can't continue to allow corporations an unlimited grant of sovereignty, we must limit it. Sure a bunch of them will flee the USA but I suspect that the socialist powers in Europe won't allow that crap either and they will come back in a decade at most. ____________

Make sense, I mean if corporations are people too, and people (of course) are corporations too, then can't a person kill a corporation in an act of self-defense? Gary, will you now say 2 people get it, based on Ex's post? Gary, I think a lot of us get what you're saying, even if you wrap it in sarcasm (making it sound like the results of fiduciary duty are ok, when in fact you mean the opposite). Question is, what to do about it? What can we, the people, do about it, particularly when some have decried the 17th Amendment? (I believe you have been one of these people, correct?)

Why haven't A10s Chopped Up into hamburger, every living being surrounding for blocks? Pres was born into islam, could there be a connection? Only birthers know the truth. ;) Some damn fool idiot and a hundred of his idiot buddies make an intentionally inflammatory movie and post it to the net and people get killed. Obviously the rest of the world hasn't learned to tolerate. I thought tolerance was a requirement to believe in Allah? Must be wrong. ____________

intentionally inflammatory movie A Mob which becomes Murderous has intentionally with the use of their free speech and weapons, inflamed U.S. Property and Personel. After apologizing, OBlabby and His Minions, are Outraged. I'd love to know the orders The Marines has been given. Guess they will shout from The Rooftop, We are Sorry We Offended You, before spraying them with bullets. Flame On. TheFlamesTheSunWillCauseDoNotApologizeOnlyOffendFourthAngel ____________

Now I see one of the people involved making it says the intended audience was terrorists, so I guess the idiots behind the film got the blood on their hands they so desperately wanted.
