	Shame that our "modern" broadcasters only seem to go for "sensationalism". You meant "ratings" not "sensationalism" as ratings translates into $$$ for the shareholders, as required by the fiduciary duty. Gary, that is a real lame excuse for crap. Not an excuse, a required by law. Yes it sucks, but that is what a fiduciary duty -- er Public Corporation, is all about. Gary, an example fiduciary duty to the share holders? "Standard Chartered, motivated by the millions of dollars it reaped in fees, schemed with the Iranian government to launder $250 billion, New York's banking regulator said." 	Make sense, I mean if corporations are people too, and people (of course) are corporations too, then can't a person kill a corporation in an act of self-defense? Agreed Gary, will you now say 2 people get it, based on Ex's post? Gary, I think a lot of us get what you're saying, even if you wrap it in sarcasm (making it sound like the results of fiduciary duty are ok, when in fact you mean the opposite). Question is, what to do about it? What can we, the people, do about it, particularly when some have decried the 17th Amendment? (I believe you have been one of these people, correct?)
