Message 1261509 - Posted: 17 Jul 2012, 12:06:39 UTC

Hello everyone,

Since the new reorganization of pages forums by X number of messages, we can't provide HTTP link to a message that would be prior to the number of messages displayed on the first page (the link of said message refers to the first page systematically when it should send on page X). This poses a real problem for all forums platform SETI@home. Is there a way around the problem without increasing the number of messages displayed per page and by default ?

Thanks for your answers.

Hi John,

Ageless I already answered on a technical forums BOINC and forwarded my request for development yesterday. They were very fast because it works now. They added the extension # + number of HTTP link on each post and now leads directly to the desired message. The software will now search page where the post and its precise location on the page. Thank you for your answer. Regards.
