Since the new change to pages means that the threads do not load nearly as much data at a time, we may not need to create Part N threads anymore. BOINC WIKI |

I don't know, the preview section is back, so we're not flying blind anymore when we post... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I like it before how it showed the First post then the X amount most recent. Weird that it was changed. But whatever, we all can adapt I guess :) -"Young" James "To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational. I only reincarnate threads when a mod asks me to. Oooo I dont like this new format for posting. How am I supposed to reply to peoples posts without being able to scroll down and re-read them. [Edit-removed a bit here cause it was wrong. :)] And while I'm having a sook about it - the font isn't very nice either. |

Since the new change to pages means that the threads do not load nearly as much data at a time, we may not need to create Part N threads anymore. I was about to say it works fine for me, but I checked and could only see the post I was quoting or replying to. Guess we'll just have to use "edit" mode, or a second window, for listing winners in the "Caption" game. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Since the new change to pages means that the threads do not load nearly as much data at a time, we may not need to create Part N threads anymore. Right click on the button and select open in new tab (or new window). BOINC WIKI |

Since the new change to pages means that the threads do not load nearly as much data at a time, we may not need to create Part N threads anymore. Also hitting <CTRL> while clicking on a link opens the link in a new Tab, likewise hitting <Shift> while clicking a link opens the link in a new Window. #resist |

Middle click?! As in three button mouse?? If you have one of those I assume it has a ball in it and is circa 1995? ;-)? [edit]: I remembered that mice with a scroll wheel typically you can click the scroll wheel as a third button. (However I've yet to see this option in a laptop :-)) #resist |

Actually I have 5 buttons and the ball is large, red and on the top left. |

[totally off topic, sorry] But on the note of mice, I don't know what modern Mac's are working with, but as a kid in school, I used to hate going from a 3 button DOS/Win3.x mouse, to the Mac lab with its one button mice.... How the heck do you right-click. LOL [/OT] #resist |
