Sounds like it's cooked until it's not much better than ashes... I like my steak cooked through. So i usually order it well done. Did that in Germany once, if i go again i'm asking for it rare, otherwise it's only good for making shoes. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge.

I like my steaks done Argentinian style. Slow cooked for hours. Slow cooked anything is.... Well... AMAZING. My personal preference for slow cooking meat, a smoker. :-) #resist ID: 1267409 · |
