I thought I was the only one who had hallucinations. Not popping in to pet Ian's pink elephant. What? It isn't yours? Well, then, it must be lost. If its owner shows up, send them over to my place. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Witchcraft is actually interesting...Good thing they don't burn witches anymore. Near here they unveiled a statue of Alice Nutter a few days ago. |

We used to burn witches, but now we prefer them medium rare. |

Where I grew up the standard way to order steak in a fancy restaurant was "knock the horns off, wipe the arse, and wheel it out". |

Quite bloody, a steak like that. I don't know how people can eat that. I like My steaks well done... anything less is bloody awful... pun intended. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I honestly think that some people are repressed cannibals. If any restaurant anywhere thinks that I am going to eat a piece of raw animal swimming in its own blood they have a very rude awakening ahead of them. Generally I avoid eating steak in restaurants because they all think that the only way to cook meat is the French way. The day A french chef learns to cook a bit of meat properly the moon will fall out of the sky. Why is it called english over here ? With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Why is it called english over here ? Because Germans cook their steak until it's a piece of leather, and then a bit more. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Why is it called english over here ? Sounds like it's cooked until it's not much better than ashes... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
