Bits out on Cricket have dropped to zero. Bits in started downwards at midnight. Someone been casting evil spells? We may have located Voldemort if not ET. ![]() ![]() |

Some progress: I connected 5 consec. times while not on NNT. Response was very slow - 30 to 60 seconds. I got the empty feeder "no tasks avail" message each time - no work yet, no tasks for over 24 hours. Server Status and Cricket still look funny, task page still a problem. Cricket starting to look better. Task pages seem normal Perhaps the end is in sight "Proud to be born and bred in Croydon" |

Perhaps I agree with you! But let me please put one question: The end of what is in sight? |

All server communications started working fine for me and I haven't had a failed connection since about 1500utc on the 29th (8am in Berkeley). Whatever the problem was, seems to have been kicked. Linux laptop: record uptime: 1511d 20h 19m (ended due to the power brick giving-up) |

And now at.. approaching 0600utc on the 30th, my cache has been replenished with 26 APs. Most had multiple HTTP errors but eventually came through, but I don't think I've gotten an AP in the past month that didn't get an HTTP error on the first try. Second try usually goes through. One of them this time around needed to be kicked 11 times. Linux laptop: record uptime: 1511d 20h 19m (ended due to the power brick giving-up) |

Downloads are in the toilet. I've got 3725 waiting to D/L, 16% of my "in progress" tasks. The number continues to climb. ![]() ![]() |

Glad to know, I am not alone with the download issue. Got enough to crunch, so I just wait until it is fixed. Pluto will always be a planet to me. ![]() Seti Ambassador |
