Another amazing bit of new medical science. The ability to temporarily inject oxygen directly into the bloodstream when normal aspiration fails..... Newly developed oxygen particles injected into blood could save lives... "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

the science fiction of the past generally leads to the science fact of the future back on topic I wonder if this kind of thing would be possible in a non hospital setting such as first aid kits or if it would require to large a dose like an IV however on the down side I see potential for abuse by unscrupulous athletes |

Oxygen is a corrosive element so you will have to be careful how much extra gets infused into the human body...Girls, it will not do your wrinkles any good at all having too much oxygen working inside you. Well, if I'm wearing a red shirt they better inject me before it's too late :) Member of the People Encouraging Niceness In Society club. |

Oxygen is a corrosive element so you will have to be careful how much I thought that oxygen directly in your blood stream = deadz? I am interested in this technique but am not interested in having it preformed on me haha! -"Young" James "To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational. Oxygen is a corrosive element so you will have to be careful how much I didn't know oxygen is bad for the wrinkles. But then again, there are a lot of things I don't know... rOZZ Music Pictures |

Oxygen is a corrosive element so you will have to be careful how much More oxygen in the body increase oxidisation of your cells. Cell quality deteriorates accordingly and much faster too if the oxygen levels in the body are increased. Oxidised cells show up in/on the skin as wrinkles most apparent in older people. But if you were to increase the oxygen levels in your environment then in time skin wrinkles would start to appear on your skin at a younger age. ....Sing:..."She was only sixteen only sixteen but I lover her so-oh-oh-oh" The Kite Fliers -------------------- Kite fliers: An imaginary club of solo members, those who don't yet belong to a formal team so "fly their own kites" - as the saying goes. |

So people who live at high Altitudes will be more prone to wrinkles? (reaching) -"Young" James "To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational. The real challenge is to work out what aliens might actually be like." -Steven Hawking |

So people who live at high Altitudes will be more prone to wrinkles? (reaching) I would assume no change, T'.... The quantity of air does reduces but it's constituent ratio's stay the same. The body at high altitude generates more red blood cell enabling it to absorb more oxygen out from this air per inhalation. So although the quantity of oxygen in each inhalation is lower more oxygen per inhalation is absorbed due to the increase in the bodies red blood cells.
