OK this is obviously too difficult. So perhaps a recap and few more clues First, it's Scotland, where the lady in question was born and bred. The "house" in the background isn't a house and never was but is part of why the statue is there. It's use today is commercial. There is a "medical" connection. She was a pioneer in what she did. I took the picture in 2009 when I was working on the site. She used her rich husbands money to do her good works. ID: 1285762 · |

It's Elizabeth Crichton. Indeed it is, on the Crichton Estate Dumfries. My old company had its call center in one of the old "pavilions". Amazing place.
