New York? Yes New Jersey? Pennsylvania? Rhode Island? Delaware? Much farther west and we stop being really east coast. Ohio? Michigan? Indiana? Illinois? Iowa? Missouri? Minnesota? The US Air Force Flight Demonstration Team is called the Thunderbirds. Their Canadian counterparts are called teh Snowbirds, if I remember right.
