Of course, Mark, if he didn't know before Holder, you'd make noises about him being out of the loop.

It is so easy when you know as a concrete an absolute certainty, the right and wrong of the world.

Well Mark, you would have intimate knowledge of fanaticism.

After all, anyone who should dare to have a viewpoint at variance with you is a fanatic. It's that absolute, concrete, Manichean world view thing.

I tolerate opinions other than mine.

Every, single, stupid one of them.

LOL, Barry.

As usual is right. The above quote from a Bored, White, Upper Middle Class Man, visiting The Ghetto of Human Thought to Spew His Brilliance amongst His Lessers.

aka as The Man With No Debt, Sitting Pretty in His AZ Palace.

Yes Furryman, it is LOL. Totally.

Too bad Mr. High and Mighty is Under Silk right now and won't see this before it is deleted. Again. LOL.

Guy, other plans? Which bills has Obama tried to get thru congress to repeal the 2 amendment? Do they match the efforts by Teapublicans to repeal the 4th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 24th amendments?

Chris, the Dull complies with the anti-Thumper rull -- if you can say anything nasty, don't say anything at all. His mental processes are such that it takes him a while to gin up the nastiness, hence the sojourns into rational discussion these boards periodically get.

Hi Barry, OK agreed, but I get cross with myself for letting him get to me sometimes. I know his age group, ethnicity and background, so not really surprised at his stance I suppose.

Ginning Up is someone else's department. I Gots Milk and Coke Zero.

Yes, I know. I'm looking at Rehab.

Maybe Furryman and I can share a room to cut down on costs.

Chris, I think the Dullster is particularly troubled by me:

My wife and I have worked hard for over 30 years, developing and using marketable skills.

My wife and I have carefully lived within our means during that time, accumulating over time a comfortable level of wealth.

We have not divorced, nor gone 'new bigger house with new debt every 5 or 10 years, we don't exchange cars for newer more expensive ones every 3 years (more like 7 or 8).

We believe in the concept of community and social justice.

This set of beliefs and actions is absolutely anathema to the Dullster -- hense his anger directed at me.

My sense is that his view of wealth accumulation is something a 'day trader' view, that the only legitimate wealth is earned via various get rich quick schemes. When that doesn't work, he probably needs some one to blame. When it does work, I suspect he advocates the 'spend it while you have it' modality so popular with many Americans. As to his personal life -- I've no information there, but his online anger might flow into his relationships. Lastly we know his view of community and social justice is limited to his 'me'ness'.

It is what it is. When the Dullster slings at me (as when ID did in the past), it seems that I've been complimented by the exchange demonstrating the contrast.

Good post Barry. The gentleman in question can be amusing at times, but most certainly has a large chip on his shoulder about a lot of things. Some probably down to him, others maybe not. I believe that he is in his mid 6o's and that his country of birth is Germany. Beyond that I know nothing more, other than that I have had a couple of quite abusive PMs in the past, which were unwarranted.
