What does this mean? (I understand no work, but whats the code signing key?)

All files downloaded by BOINC are security signed using a public/private key system to help prevent fraudulent WUs and other hackery into the client. What you are seeing here is that BOINC is trying to update this signing key and for some reason (I don't know why!) it is failing.
