	Hello new user here, i'm a college student and would like to make some money. What's Credits at SETI@Home means? Is it credits as real money or just a score for participating in this project?

	how to make money on this forum? You don't make money on this forum. Credits are a made-up system to reward people for participating in contributing their CPU time to any given BOINC project. These credits are not transferable to currency at all.
