Hello and thanks for the help in advance. I have been away from SETI for a long time now, and am happy to be back! However I am running BIONIC Version 7.0.28x64 because the stable install doesn't seem to be compatible with the Beta of Windows 8 I am running. Anyhow the point being is that I cannot fetch any work. It just keeps telling me communication deferred. Any Ideas?

Never mind boys and girls. Having funny settings in my preferences from years ago is the issue. I also changed the activity settings. Thanks for the consideration.
