Much better since I don't have to wear my neck brace anymore. I have to go to the kinesitherapist 3 times a week to loosen up the muscles and to be able to turn my head more. The doctor also told me this was my last operation and I'm glad for that.

Clearly progress is being made on most sides.

I feel really bushed tonight, so will be retiring relatively early, and see if I an gooder tomorrow.

We hope it all keeps going uphill for you.

I hope that with the better weather John is feeling better today.
Bright sun now the early morning fog has burnt off, and looks to be heading to "nice and warm".

We do have a bright sunny cloudless and warm day here, and it's been like it all day so far.

Sitting on the back garden bench seems to have, again, caught a sun trap with temperatures in the order of 26C - 28C. Good for dozing with a chilled Stella.

The most important thing is that you do recover. Any progress is good I should say.

Today's third month chemo review with the consultant was very positive.

My kidney function is back to normal, and the paraprotein production has responded so well to the chemo that it is now back to the range healthy people produce.

Winning along a number of parameters ...

Don't worry about the grass, it will keep growing even when you leave it alone. Take good care and don't push too hard.
