Much better since I don't have to wear my neck brace anymore. I have to go to the kinesitherapist 3 times a week to loosen up the muscles and to be able to turn my head more. Sitting on the back garden bench seems to have, again, caught a sun trap with temperatures in the order of 26C - 28C. Good for dozing with a chilled Stella. My kidney function is back to normal, and the paraprotein production has responded so well to the chemo that it is now back to the range healthy people produce.
