Had an orange-marmalade colored kitten spending a lot of time on my patio during the winter, but haven't seen much of her since the weather got warm.

Critter update - The critters we are adopting are still in rehab. We will pick up our critter habitat tomorrow and our critters could be delivered on Wednesday or the following weekend..
We are getting excited and impatient....

I saw some of those Supikoira in a zoo recently - along with a bunch of raccoons hanging out in a treehouse.

Yes, raccoons are feral in Germany, though I've not met one personally yet.

Kestrels require a slight headwind in order to hover, hence a local name of Windhover for Common Kestrel.

Umm, American Kestrals Falco sparverius can hover without a headwind - I've seen them do so!

We seem to see hovering hunting Kestrels every 500 metres in this neck of the countryside
