I still can't figure out if Monday's Bat is upside down because that's how it "hangs" or if it just looks upside down cause I'm on the northern hemisphere.

Now that depends on your viewing point.

If you were at a point a long way from earth then looking at Monday, in comparison to another object in the other hemisphere e would be up the right way, but from a point on the ground, close to him he would be inverted.
