Indeed -- though in the islands (not those rainy cold ones you endure) it's 'umbrella drinks' for the touristas. Here in Lucca (we leave tomorrow for Siena) it is simply lot's of wine -- I really like their local 'frizzante' -- frizy wine -- like a light champagne without the French.

Okidoki, that stuff makes nice rum doesn't it?
