no but it seems that here in Texas and other Conservative held states the Repugnicans make the gerrymandering an art form. needless to say, Texas has to put their redistricting maps up for Federal court review because of the constant and consistent Republican ploys to eliminate Democrat districts and/or disenfranchising voters that wouldn't vote for a conservative.
