what is astropulse?

this computer is working on an astropulse project right now. it is estimating 41 hours to complete. is this right? this is a first for me.

This info is a bit out of date but still has gives the basic facts

my cpu takes 15 hours hours the I3 is better than my Q8200 so you should be a little better
