If you have ever vetted it, and I HAVE. The single scene from Bullitt has raised more questions than answered. The single one that stands out for me is where he tears out after the Charger...... With one freaking wheel burning rubber......no posi??? LOL....... looser. And ya know how many cars it took to do the chase scene? About 55 all told. Broken axles.... 3 verified, could have been more. He was hell on the clutch. More like my '69 Buick 455... You did not need the clutch once you got it launched. Jest throw 'er into the next gear at speed. How many times did they use the VW bug scene? Twice, both not really hard to find. How many gear changes once up to speed? About 24.....count 'em. Most exciting scene in the movie? The click.....not even seen in most clips. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

I gotta admit....the hill bump with the little squeek landing is a treasure..... And they even worked a green VW bug into the montage.....so you know what they were after. And of course the latter day TV version did not have the budget.... Otherwise you would have had more full speed camera on shots of the hill jumps rather than the slowed down substitutes. Bullitt shot all takes at speed. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

They said that England was in Germany's bow, I thought about it, reasoned with it, obviously we share saxon heritage, perhaps the other line of european heritage was a french form, how quickly a group makes a bow, I'm not certain, it is certain that Russia was certainly heavier of numbers of men and women, perhaps the majority of whom like me share the pagan belief of nature cycles seemingly governed with seasonal entities, I would not question the word of god, nor would I oppose it in it's innocense. Slander is a film that I just watched the start of which itself teaches the importance of ettiquette from the start of relationships, acquaintances and associations. Of course, English being the opperative language in North America, we see observe the transience theory employed apparrel of virtue... The women should be good secretaries. |

Not strictly speaking a scene, but the best movie i've seen recently was Black Swan. Mainly because it wasn't what i was expecting. I'd guessed it was about ballet, because we played Tchaikowski's Swan Lake in the Orchestra a couple of years ago, so i was expecting some nauseating chick-flick. It really isn't that! I was half-dragged to see it by a bird i was trying to nail at the time, she was expecting a chick-flick as well, i was dubious about going, but thought it might still be worth my while. I ended up loving it, but she hated it and wanted to leave halfway through. I wouldn't, because cinema tickets aren't cheap. My chances were dashed really from that moment, but it's still an incredible film! Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Black Swan was a rather dark and twisted story.... The flashback technique sometimes made it hard to be sure what was reality and what was going on in her mind. I would not mind watching it again to sort through some things... "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

I have seen this movie so many times I can almost play it on the back of my eyelids. Each time I watch it, I end up crying like a baby at the end though. This picture is toward the end, when he thinks the halloween kids are the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel (I think) could also be when he was dealing with the heroin addict with striped pants who was more concerned with blood on his clean sheets than losing his life ... :/ Another good scene is when Sarah's mother is in the bathroom and The Crow cleanses her system of heroin and says "Mother is the word for God on the lips and hearts of all children. Do you understand?" That movie was full of interesting little tidbits of wisdom. Like... Little things used to mean so much to Shelly. I used to think they were kind of trivial... believe me, nothing is trivial. Suddenly, I heard a tapping, as of someone gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door...you heard me rapping, right? Because we do not know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustable well. Yet everything happens a certain number of times, and a very small number, really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, some afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you can't even concieve of your life without it? Perhaps four or five times more. Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless. Gods I love that movie. The other Crow movies were good too, but the one with Brandon Lee is my favorite. |

What some of you do not understand is that Obama is all of these things. He is a lyer, a cheat, and most of all, is tying to undermine the constitution. Get the crap out of your minds, people. We are about to vote out a dictatorship. He wants it all.......... Do not give it to him. Enema in 2012 "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

If you can refrain from doing any of that, the kitty farm is yours. You have to abide by all kitty rulez, honor and cherish them every moment of your life, and above all, reckognize that they are kitties, and need every moment of your love and affection possible. If you can do that, the kitty farm is yours. Not quite a Gran Torino........ But a treasure in it's own right. You must take care of the kitties first. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting."
